Personnel and Organisational Administrator
WWOOF UK (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) is looking for a specialist in HR policy and procedures, with strong people skills.

The person we are looking for can work from home, in the UK. As the job is part time we want to recruit an individual who can manage their time well, prioritising their tasks within the time allocated; having a flexible approach, working within a small team who are dispersed around the UK. This person also needs to have excellent communication skills and a thorough command of English, in both the spoken and written word.

The job role requires that the successful candidate has a good understanding of and/or experience of WWOOFing or being a WWOOF host and an up-to-date working knowledge of HR processes and systems, employment legislation and related issues. WWOOF UK requires that the successful candidate is familiar with and competent using a wide range of IT packages. We are looking for a resourceful individual who is effective in problem solving and will pay attention to detail.

Employer: LILI (Low Impact Living Initiative) – who has held the contract to run the operations of WWOOF UK for 8 years; with an office base at Redfield Community

Days per week: 1.5 days (possible rising to 2 days) – with at least part of these hours on a Tuesday and can devote time three weekends a year

Pay: LILI offers a flat pay structure, with a current rate of £12.24 per hour
Interview Date: Tuesday Feb 10th and will be held by Skype at times of the day/evening convenient to the panel and those called for interview

Start date: Ideally April 1st, and including possible attendance (to be negotiated) at a meeting of WWOOF UK Directors and the WWOOF UK staff team 28thFebruary and 1st March
