membership weekend and AGM

Jun 1, 2015

WWOOF UK’s membership weekend AGM will this year be hosted by Old Chapel Farm at Llanidloes, in Powys, Wales

The date: 26th-27th September

Online booking will be available via our website from early July so please put the date in your diary and book early as places are limited. We are very pleased to be able to bring the event closer to our many Welsh, Midlands and Welsh/English border hosts and WWOOFers and look forward to meeting lots of you, but the event is open to members from anywhere, of course.

Our membership weekend has been growing in popularity over the last few years and provides an opportunity to meet with other WWOOFers, hosts and the WWOOF UK team, listen to talks and make merry with like-minded people.

Old Chapel Farm is an inspirational place to spend time – don’t be surprised if you go away changed! Their website says: Old Chapel Farm is a place where strangers come together and different cultures meet. Through living and working together, volunteers are able to appreciate the complex interactions between people, animals, climate and land involved in food production. And hopefully make deeper connections.
