There is a part-time vacancy at Lembas Organics: Aberdeenshire, Scotland in a packing/delivery role.
A person is wanted to take on the organic fruit and vegetable packing and delivery operation at Bridge of Muchalls, Stonehaven. Tasks include taking orders right through to making up orders, delivery, spreadsheets and invoicing. You will need to be able to lift heavy goods, have computer skills and have a driving licence and be able to work at a good speed and independently. The position is part time but there is scope to develop an own customer round/box scheme along our existing clientele. You will be part of a team of three full time people and you will be required to cover for others when on leave.
This is a fully organic business, distributing fruit, vegetable and a small range of other products wholesale and retail; producing eggs and vegetables on site and have worked in this area for 30 years. Eventually, the position might lead to taking over the trading business. You do not need to have previous experience but a serious commitment is required and an interest in organic food and farming will help the successful applicant.
