Five Acre Community Farm seek an assistant grower for the Summer season 2017.

We are a community supported agriculture scheme located between Rugby and Coventry that has been running successfully for five years. We grow a wide range of organic vegetables and some fruit to supply our membership with seasonal produce all year round. We are looking for someone committed to organic growing and learning through the Soil Association Future Growers programme to join our team as assistant to Becca, our Head Grower, for the upcoming growing season – April to September 2017.

Weeding at 5 Acre Farm

The position is full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, 35 hours per week at above the minimum wage.

Applicants must be have a good work ethic; be enthusiastic, physically fit and happy to work in all weathers.
