where will you WWOOF in 2018?

Nov 26, 2017

Hosts Seeds of Eden will be launching a community supported agricultural scheme In January 2018 on seven acres of the Stanford Hall estate in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

Produce from the scheme will be distributed to local school canteens and the community through a membership system. Alongside the produce they’ll also be offering a wide range of educational activities.

They’re working from scratch, on a field that has been grazing land for as long as anyone can tell, so will need all the help they can get to pull this off.

Stanford Hall is a particularly beautiful estate on the river Avon, and would make a great springtime residence for any keen WWOOFer.

Almost anything can happen while you are WWOOFing. Host Graham Willett met his partner Cristina when she volunteered as a WWOOFer and when this photo of the yurt WWOOFer accommodation was taken she was awaiting the birth of their child!
