what a wonderful place to WWOOF

Jan 14, 2018

Host Hamish Lachore from Burgie in Scotland recently wrote to us about their WWOOFing year in 2017 and their hopes for 2018.

Dear All. We at Burgie have had a good year with WONDERFUL help from our WWOOFers. We have had a wide variety of WWOOFers from all over the world.

We have so enjoyed having them and the good work that was achieved has been acknowledged far and wide.

Most of the work is in the Arboretum and this is a big ongoing operation; we will need lots more volunteers for the 2018 season with a lot of planting and new areas to prepare.

We start in March and hope some of your readers will manage to make it to Burgie ; a very special part of Scotland. You can read some of the kind letters written by this year’s group. Do come and join us.
