Assistant Grower Job – Cambridgeshire.

Flourish Produce are hiring an Assistant Grower to work on their specialist vegetable farm that uses sustainable practices to produce ingredients for chefs and selected local retailers. 

We are looking for someone kind, hardworking and motivated to join our horse powered farm in Cambridgeshire. Established in 2017, We work with chefs in London to supply outstanding produce with exceptional flavour, grown with integrity. A combination of ecological farming methods are used on the farm prioritizing soil health.

This is an opportunity for someone who has previous growing experience and is ready to develop their skills and take on some more responsibility. The position will involve working along side the grower on a daily basis. The work is varied but will include all aspects in the production of vegetables, herbs and edible flowers to the highest standard. Harvesting and packing orders and overseeing the seasonal volunteers. There will be some involvement with the horses, feeding and attending to their needs.

Must be physically fit and happy to work in all weather conditions.

Horse experience is not essential but is prefered.

Full, clean UK driving license is essential.
