how to report a problem or concern

If you’ve had a disappointing or troubling experience with your host or WWOOFer, which you feel wasn’t in the spirit of WWOOF UK’s ethos of mutual exchange, respect and sustainability, we would like to hear from you about it.

Members can now use an online form to give details directly to WWOOF staff, to help us act quickly to improve things. You just need to be signed into your profile to report your concern via the link on My Dashboard

or use the Contact Us link on the main menu to go to the Contact Us page.

Reports of problems or concerns can help us learn, adapt, improve and provide better services to members. All reports are taken seriously and we investigate all of them, keeping information confidential wherever possible; so please don’t think twice about getting in touch.
