News from the office

Host Contact, Taryn Field, wants to encourage you to use our extensive FAQs – accessed from the main menu that’s on each page of the new website. There is so much information available, from How do I accept or decline a host request from a WWOOFer?, through How do reviews work? to How do I get noticed in the Find a Host page if I am in need of WWOOFers? And much, much more with many specifically for WWOOFers and including more general topics, like What do we mean by organic? Please let us know if you think an important topic is missing.

On a practical note, while we can still accept cheque and cash payments sent through the post to our PO Box address, we now only collect from the box once a month so you may encounter delays of up to six weeks if you choose to do this. It’s much quicker to pay for membership or renewal via the website.

Thanks.
