WWOOF UK ARE RECRUITING!  Part-time Promotion and Marketing Lead, 2.5 days per week for 18 months fixed term contract (with the hope the role will continue, subject to income and success) As we move towards our 50th year, we want more people to have heard about the wonderful thing that is WWOOFing, and we want to create more opportunities for active participation. Under the umbrella of our 50th birthday and golden year celebrations, we are significantly investing in a post to lead us in achieving both of these things.  

Experienced, long-term WWOOFer with a degree in Horticulture Science looking for employment. Excellent knowledge of different crops and disease. Experience doing wildlife surveying and this enables me identify weeds and recognize plants from different genera. I have experience of using different propagation methods including grafting, seed sowing, bulb planting and division, I am a hardworking person and wiling to expand my knowledge particularly of plants species and cultivars. I’m aware of cultural and biological methods of controlling pests and diseases. I work well on my own but can work well with other people if required. I’m mainly interesting in agroforestry and permaculture projects, vegan organic growing, market gardens but not livestock farms.
