Five job opportunities with Ecological Land Coop

Dec 10, 2020

The ELC is recruiting.

The Ecological Land Cooperative’s (ELC) mission is to provide access to land for new entrant farmers wanting to create land based enterprises on small scale agroecological farms – where they can live and work in a low impact way.

Following the successful delivery of our first two sites, clusters of three ecological small farms in Mid Devon and East Sussex, we have also purchased and are in the process of developing three further sites across the South of England and Wales. We have an ambitious plan to add five more small farm sites to our portfolio over the next four years.
To help us achieve this we are recruiting for the following roles:

Finance & Administration Manager   3 days per week – closing date 4th January 2021.

Site Development Manager   3 days per week – closing date 4th January 2021.

Communications Manager   1 day per week – closing date 4th January 2021.

Steward Support and Community Development Manager   2 days per week – closing date 4th January 2021.

Fundraiser   2 days per week – closing date 25th January 2021.
