Communications Coordinator – role will be to support communications for the in-person and online conference which will next take place 8 – 10th January 2025.

Part time (0.6 FTE, 7.5 hrs/day, 22.5 hrs/wk)

Communications & Events Coordinator (4 days per week)

Permanent (following completion of successful six month probation period)

Home Based, anywhere in the UK

Starts on 1st August 2024 [or sooner] 

Salary:  £22,400 (28,000 FTE)

Hours: 4 days Monday to Thursday (28 hours per week, 9.30 am-5.30 pm with one-hour of unpaid lunch break)

Annual Leave: 20 days paid annual leave plus usual public holidays

22.5 hours (3 days) per week

Fixed term until 31 March 2025 – there may be opportunities to extend depending on project outcomes and securing ongoing funding.

Start date: Wednesday 7th of August 2024

Salary:  £39,462.81 per year on a full-time equivalent (FTE) basis. Pro rata including the opportunity to opt into a pension scheme. Actual salary for this 3 day role will be £23,677.

This is a remote working position, and the salary includes a working from home allowance.

The post-holder needs to be UK based as there may be travel required to visit UK Transition groups and experience of UK communities is essential.
