WWOOF is 45!

Jul 10, 2016

WWOOF is 45 this year and we are celebrating all the wonderful WWOOF exchanges between hosts and WWOOFers that have happened so far through this, we believe, the original volunteer programme. Our celebrations are going on throughout the year and especially at our Members Weekend in October.

Our ‘workcloud’ (below) shows that there were a few other things going in the year WWOOFing was born – we’re glad to have been there alongside Greenpeace but not so sure about Disney World, unless you disagree? If you’ve got reflections on your WWOOFing from the early years or want to tell us what it’s like to join such an established programme, get in touch by leaving a comment below or emailing info@wwoof.org.uk
